Terrorism Literature Report
(TLR) No. 32—Special Edition
3 October 2005

The TLR has been published at least monthly since October 2003 by Interaction Systems Incorporated (ISI). TLR issues are intended for non-profit research and educational use only. Quoted material is subject to the copyright protections associated with the original sources. The TLR is prepared by ISI president Dr. James Arnold Miller and by ISI research associate Jarod A. Holtz. Please send comments and suggestions to isinc@mindspring.com.

Dear Colleague,

Besides preparing regular reports on global threats, Interaction Systems Incorporated (ISI) identifies Websites which provide what we think is useful information or leads on terrorism-related topics. This TLR special edition provides current Web links on Websites which we have found to be useful for their coverage of: (1) terrorism, (2) homeland security, (3) weapons of mass destruction, (4) cyberwarfare and information warfare, (5) regional topics, (6) Islam, and (7) miscellaneous. This TLR updates TLR No. 11, a special edition dated 19 April 2004.

The terrorism-related Web links reflected in this special issue of the TLR are also posted on and will periodically be updated on ISI's website, the Terrorism Open Source Intelligence Gateway ( TOSIG ) located at http://www.tosig.com. Besides Web links, TOSIG includes the archives of all of the unclassified threat reports published since 1999 by ISI as well as other information materials. While to date TOSIG has been in a draft or developmental mode, we now invite any members of the intelligence, military, law enforcement, and other national security and public safety communities to go to TOSIG and register for access.

Also, I'd like to express here my appreciation to ISI's Webmaster, Helen Biever, for doing such a great job of managing TOSIG content and tracking and updating Website addresses. As always, we welcome your comments and suggestions concerning our work.

Jim Miller
